After just four hours of deliberation, a Cook County Jury awarded two men $4.2 million dollars for injuries they recieved when a stolen Chicago Squad car broadsided their vehicle as they sat in the intersection of Pratt and Western five years ago.
On March 31, 2016 the Appellate Court reached a decision which affirmed the jury verdict of $34.15 million awarded in March of 2014 in the case of Dempe et.al, v. The Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority et.al. Our client, Christopher Lindroth sustained a traumatic brain injury when thrown from a motorized cart, and received a net jury verdict in in the amount of 22.2 million dollars.

The verdict, which was returned last October following a two-week trial, consisted of $25 million for "historic" damages and $167 million in future damages in 2005.
